EGU25: Join HoliSoils in investigating soil carbon predictions

The General Assembly 2025 of the European Geosciences Union (EGU25) will gather scientists and early career researchers from all over the world to discuss together all disciplines of the geosciences from 27 April to 2 May (Vienna, Austria, and online). This event will include a session on soil carbon predictions organised by members of the HoliSoils consortium.
Apply now to join HoliSoils’ session on advancing soil carbon predictions!
Submit your abstracts to the session ‘Advancing Soil Carbon Predictions: From Micro to Global Scale’ organised by researchers from HoliSoils’ consortium from the Institut Pierre et Simon Laplace and the Ecole normale supérieure of Paris.
This session will offer interdisciplinary insights into soil carbon dynamics, examining how microscale interactions and microbial diversity affect carbon and nutrient cycles.
The session invites contributions from global change experiments using time-series metagenomic data and diversity-explicit microbial models, and encourage dialogue between marine and terrestrial research communities.
The Call for Abstracts is open until 15 January 2025, 13:00 CET!
